\nUBS Wealth Management US today announced that Mellany Bagtas<\/a> has joined the firm as a Financial Advisor in New York City. She will be based out of the firm\u2019s 299 Park Avenue office and will report to Associate Market Executive Demie Kommatas.<\/p>\n

\nMellany joins UBS from Morgan Stanley where she most recently served as a First Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, Mellany was a Vice President \u2013 Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch as well as a banker at JPMorgan Chase.<\/p>\n

\nMellany works with executives, founders, business owners, successful individuals, and their families to achieve and maintain financial independence, providing timely and unbiased advice to support informed decision-making. Her practice involves determining goals and outlining each individual\u2019s financial situation to create customized strategies. She assists clients in building tailored plans, tracking progress, and adjusting when necessary. \nMellany graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a concentration in Finance.
