This acquisition was financed using existing on-balance sheet capacity.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n        <b>Share Repurchase Update<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<p>To date this year, LAD has invested <span class=\"xn-money\">$230 million<\/span> to repurchase approximately 729,000 shares at a weighted average price of <span class=\"xn-money\">$315<\/span> per share. This represents 2.8% of outstanding shares. <span class=\"xn-money\">$589 million<\/span> remains available for repurchase under the existing share repurchase authorization.
