Any units not separated will continue to trade on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol \u201cCOPLU\u201d, and each of the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will separately trade on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbols \u201cCOPL\u201d and \u201cCOPLW,\u201d respectively. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.
