This year\u2019s report details the company\u2019s progress in key areas over the last 12 months, including these milestones:\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\nBelden has far exceeded its goal of reducing its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 25% from 2019 levels by the end of 2025. At the end of 2024, Belden had reduced its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 41.1%. This success is driven by the execution of hundreds of sustainability projects at locations across the globe by employees who find innovative ways to weave sustainability into operations, as well as the implementation of power purchase agreements. To continue forward progress, Belden has set a new goal: to reduce emissions by 70% by 2030.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nSustainable packaging goals have officially been achieved, with 95% of Belden packaging now made from renewable or recyclable materials.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nBelden is certified as a Great Place to Work<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> in 18 countries, demonstrating the company\u2019s ongoing commitment to creating a positive culture and leading with transparent and ethical practices.\n<\/li>\n<li>\nThe company has launched three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support its people and their personal and professional development.
