(“WWC”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025<\/span>, effective May 22, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The reports of PwC on the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024<\/span> and 2023 contained no adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles. \u00a0<\/p>\n
