100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry recognizes female leaders in the automotive field \u2013 those who make major decisions and have significant influence at their companies.\u00a0 Automotive News has published the list of the industry’s top female executives every five years since 2000.<\/p>\n

This sixth list includes engineers, mobility leaders, manufacturing and marketing executives, financiers, dealer principals and designers.<\/p>\n

Before taking on her current role in July 2024<\/span> leading the global Drivetrain and Morse Systems business, McKenzie was the Vice President and President and General Manager of BorgWarner Morse Systems. Since joining BorgWarner in 2014, McKenzie has held several Vice President and General Manager roles. She has worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years in France<\/span> and the United States<\/span> for Siemens Automotive, Continental and BorgWarner. McKenzie earned a bachelor’s degree in physics at the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Toulouse and is co-author of 25 technical papers and nine automotive patents. Additionally, McKenzie serves as an ambassador for United Way for Southeastern Michigan<\/span>.<\/p>\n
