RESTON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nCACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI<\/a>) announced today that it has commenced an offering (the \u201cOffering\u201d) of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2033 (the \u201c2033 Notes\u201d). CACI intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to partially repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe 2033 Notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by all of CACI\u2019s subsidiaries that are borrowers or guarantors under CACI\u2019s senior credit facilities.\n<\/p>\n
