\nKohl\u2019s Corporation (NYSE: KSS) (\u201cKohl\u2019s\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Below are the results of shareholder voting on the four proposals presented at the meeting.\n<\/p>\n

  1. \nKohl\u2019s shareholders elected Wendy Arlin, Michael J. Bender, Yael Cosset, H. Charles Floyd, Robbin Mitchell, Jonas Prising, John E. Schlifske, and Adolfo Villagomez to the Board of Directors, each for a one-year term or until their successors are duly elected and qualified.\n<\/li>\n
  2. \nKohl\u2019s shareholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company\u2019s Named Executive Officers for fiscal 2024.\n<\/li>\n
  3. \nKohl’s shareholders ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company\u2019s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2026.\n<\/li>\n
