The re-election of Messrs. Petros Pappas, Arne Blystad and Raffaele Zagari to serve as Class C Directors on the Company\u2019s Board of Directors.<br \/>2. The appointment of DELOITTE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS S.A. as the Company\u2019s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n        <strong>About Star Bulk<\/strong><br \/>\n        <br \/>Star Bulk is a global shipping company providing worldwide seaborne transportation solutions in the dry bulk sector.
