Concurrently, and as part of a long-standing succession plan, the Board announced Don Tarry<\/span> as the company’s next President and CEO.<\/p>\n

Pat joined TXNM Energy in June 2007<\/span> as Utilities President, overseeing operations for wholly owned subsidiaries PNM in New Mexico<\/span> and TNMP in Texas<\/span>. In August 2008<\/span>, she was named President and Chief Operating Officer and in March 2010<\/span>, she became President and CEO. The Board elected her Chair in January 2012<\/span>. Pat will continue to provide leadership for TXNM Energy as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors. Don Tarry<\/span> will become the company’s CEO and President.<\/p>\n

Under Pat’s strategic leadership, TXNM Energy was transformed with a focus on its regulated utilities to better meet the evolving needs of its customers and communities.
