State Street\u2019s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ronald P. O\u2019Hanley, will provide brief remarks and respond to shareholder submitted questions.\n<\/p>\n

\nShareholders of record as of March 14, 2025 can participate by logging into the webcast and entering the 16-digit control number provided with the notice of internet availability of the proxy materials, proxy voting card or voting instruction form previously distributed. The Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement was made available on April 3, 2025. Others without a control number can listen to the audio only webcast by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com\/STT2025<\/a> and signing in as a guest.
