\nBarb Gutierrez, Chief Financial Officer, and Jessica Kral, Chief Information Officer, will be departing the company following a period of transition. Barb\u2019s and Jessica\u2019s departures come as Modivcare evolves its organizational structure in an effort to support the next phase of its modernization strategy\u2014built on the financial and technology foundations they helped establish during their time with the company.\n<\/p>\n
