Gores Holdings X, Inc. Announces Pricing of Upsized $312 Million Initial Public Offering<\/b><\/p>\n

BOULDER, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nGores Holdings X, Inc. (the \u201cCompany\u201d), a blank check company sponsored by an affiliate of The Gores Group and formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 31,200,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and trade under the ticker symbol \u201cGTENU<\/b>\u201d beginning May 2, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols \u201cGTEN<\/b>\u201d and \u201cGTENW<\/b>,\u201d respectively.\n<\/p>\n

\nSantander US Capital Markets LLC is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,680,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.\n<\/p>\n
