The decrease of $12.8 million was primarily due to cash used to fund operations. We\u00a0expect current financial resources to be sufficient to fund operating expenses and capital expenditures into the second half of 2026.<\/li>\n<li>Research and development expenses were $7.9 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025, as compared to $11.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2024. The decrease of $3.5 million was due to lower costs related to programs other than LNCB74, lower preclinical development costs and lower personnel-related costs resulting from the restructuring and reduction-in-force announced during the first quarter of 2024 (the \u201c2024 Restructuring\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>General and administrative expenses were $3.7 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025, as compared to $4.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2024.
