The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and are expected to trade under the ticker symbol \u201cRAAQU\u201d beginning on April 29, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments. Only whole warrants will be exercisable. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols \u201cRAAQ\u201d and \u201cRAAQW,\u201d respectively. The offering is expected to close on April 30, 2025.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Real Asset Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
