Plueger will not be standing for re-election, and his departure will be effective, at Spirit’s annual meeting of stockholders to be held on May 23, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Plueger’s departure comes as he focuses on expanded responsibilities at Air Lease Corporation following the<\/a>retirement of its executive chairman Steven Udvar-H\u00e1zy<\/a>.<\/p>\n
