(together the \u201cEngineering Division\u201d), each a subsidiary of Carr\u2019s Group plc.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Engineering Division is comprised of industry-leading brands including W\u00e4lischmiller GmbH, CarrsMSM, Bendalls Engineering, NW Total Engineered Solutions, and NuVision Engineering, Inc. The enterprise value for the acquisition was \u00a375 million, and was funded through incremental term debt, consistent with the Company\u2019s amended and restated credit facility entered into in December 2024.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWarren B.
