(Nasdaq: TTGT) (\u201cInforma TechTarget\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that, following the publication of the press release on April 15, 2025 which confirmed a delay of the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the \u201cForm 10-K\u201d), as expected, Informa TechTarget received a notification letter (the \u201cNotice\u201d) on April 17, 2025 from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the \u201cRule\u201d) because the Company failed to timely file its Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company\u2019s securities on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The Notice states that the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice to submit a plan to regain compliance with the Rule.
