\nBlackRock Health Sciences Term Trust (the \u201cFund\u201d) announced today the expiration and preliminary results of the Fund\u2019s tender offer (the \u201cTender Offer\u201d) for up to 40% of its outstanding common shares (the \u201cShares\u201d).\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Tender Offer commenced on March 21, 2025 and expired at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on April 17, 2025.\n<\/p>\n
