The Company\u2019s Board of Directors continues to believe that that all of the proposals contained in the proxy statement are advisable and in the best interests of the Company\u2019s stockholders to consider and act upon. Therefore, the Company adjourned the Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The meeting has been scheduled to reconvene on April 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Central time and will be held virtually online at https:\/\/www.cstproxy.com\/beneficient\/2025.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">During the period of the adjournment, the Company will continue to solicit proxies from its stockholders with respect to the proposals set forth in the Company\u2019s proxy statement.
