\nBW LPG Limited (\u201cBW LPG\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d, OSE ticker code: \u201cBWLPG.OL\u201d, NYSE ticker code: \u201cBWLP\u201d) has purchased a total of 316,437 of its own ordinary shares from 8 April 2025 to 11 April 2025 at an average price of USD 8.63 per share. The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back program announced on 8 April 2025. Under the share buyback program, the Company may purchase up to 3 million ordinary shares for a maximum amount of USD 20 million.\n<\/p>\n

\nAfter these transactions, BW LPG holds 7,939,347 of its ordinary shares, representing 4.98% of the total issued shares. The shares purchased will be held as Treasury Shares.\n<\/p>\n
