Notice Has No Immediate Impact on the Listing or Trading of Babcock & Wilcox Common Stock<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

AKRON, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nBabcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (\u201cB&W\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NYSE: BW) announced that on April 4, 2025, the Company received notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the \u201cNYSE\u201d) that it was not in compliance with the NYSE\u2019s continued listing standards as a result of the average closing price of the Company\u2019s common stock being less than $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period (the \u201cNYSE Notice\u201d).\n<\/p>\n

\nIn accordance with the NYSE listing standards, the Company has a period of six months following receipt of the NYSE Notice to regain compliance with the minimum share price requirement. As required by the NYSE, the Company plans to respond timely to the NYSE that it intends to regain compliance with the minimum share price requirement.\n<\/p>\n

\nUnder the NYSE listing standards, the Company\u2019s common stock will continue to be listed and traded on the NYSE during the cure period, subject to the Company\u2019s compliance with other continued listing requirements. The Company can regain compliance at any time during the cure period if on the last trading day of any calendar month during the cure period, its common stock has a closing share price of at least $1.00 and an average closing share price of at least $1.00 over the 30 trading-day period ending on the last trading day of that month.\n<\/p>\n
