(NASDAQ: AVAV) (\u201cAV\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that its stockholders have approved the issuance of AV common stock in connection with the Company\u2019s pending acquisition of BlueHalo LLC (\u201cBlueHalo\u201d) at a Special Meeting of Stockholders held earlier today.\n<\/p>\n
