\n <\/span>, April 1, 2025<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — Andrew Samuel<\/span>, Chief Executive Officer of\u00a0LINKBANCORP, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNKB) ( “Company”), announced that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, LINKBANK (“LINK”), has successfully consummated the sale of its\u00a0banking operations and three branches in New Jersey<\/span>, including related loans and deposits (the “New Jersey Operations”) to American Heritage Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania<\/span>. The transaction, effective March 31, 2025<\/span>, involved the transfer of three branch locations, approximately $87 million<\/span> of deposits, and $105 million<\/span> in loans. Under the terms of the purchase and assumption agreement, deposits were sold at a 7% premium and loans were sold at par, resulting in an estimated after-tax gain, net of transaction costs, of approximately $8.5 million<\/span> for the Company.<\/p>\n
