Mana ‘Ohana is an all-inclusive maternal and child health program that addresses key supportive elements that are directly beneficial to women members, pregnant members, and young families. The program is a community-based, person-centered, midwifery-led model of care that offers ‘Ohana Health Plan members a holistic perinatal care experience. Mana ‘Ohana brings social and clinical support services where people need them.<\/p>\n
