In June 2023, Trade Desk announced the launch of Kokai, a generative artificial intelligence forecasting tool enabling users to better predict the benefit of advertising spending.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Trade Desk lawsuit alleges that Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
