The Company supplies its products to wholesale distributors, retailers, on-site locations, and state alcohol beverage control agencies.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Constellation lawsuit alleges that Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements and failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
