\n <\/span>, March 26, 2025<\/span><\/span> \/PRNewswire\/ — DuPont (NYSE:DD) today announced the members of the future board of directors (the “Electronics Board”) for the independent Electronics public company that will be created following its intended spin-off from DuPont.\u00a0The Electronics Board is expected to consist of nine members following the completion of the separation, which is targeted for November 1, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

As previously announced, Michael Stubblefield<\/span><\/b>, President and CEO of Avantor,\u00a0will serve as Chairman of the Electronics Board.<\/p>\n

\n <\/b>, President of the Electronics division of DuPont and CEO-elect of the future Electronics company, will serve as a director.<\/p>\n

Following the completion of the separation, three current members of the DuPont board of directors will move to the Electronics Board as independent directors. They are:<\/p>\n

\n Terrence R. Curtin<\/span>,<\/b>\u00a0a DuPont director since June 2019<\/span>, is currently CEO and Board Member of TE Connectivity, a global technology leader in connectivity and sensor solutions.<\/p>\n

\n Steven M. Sterin<\/span>, <\/b>a DuPont director since June 2019<\/span>, is currently a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company and was the Chief Financial Officer of Andeavor from 2014 until the merger of Andeavor with Marathon Petroleum Company in October 2018<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\n Dr. Kristina M. Johnson<\/span>, <\/b>a DuPont director since May 2022<\/span>, served as the President of The Ohio State University<\/span> from September 2020<\/span> until May 2023<\/span> and was Under Secretary of Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy from May 2009<\/span> to October 2010<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Two additional independent directors have been announced as members of the future Electronics Board:\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n <\/b>\u00a0served as Vice President of Global Operations for L3Harris Technologies, a global aerospace and defense technology company from July 2019<\/span> to February 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\n Dr. Shumeet Banerji<\/b>\u00a0is the founder of Condorcet, LP an advisory and investment firm focused on early and development stage technology companies and served as CEO of Booz & Company from 2008 to 2012.<\/p>\n

The remaining independent directors will be named at a later date following an in-depth search process.<\/p>\n
