\nEquity Residential (NYSE: EQR) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared quarterly dividends on the Company\u2019s common and preferred shares. A regular common share dividend for the first quarter of $0.6925 per share will be paid on April 17, 2025 to shareholders of record on March 31, 2025. The annualized dividend of $2.77 per share is a 2.6% increase over the Company\u2019s 2024 common share dividend.\n<\/p>\n

\nA quarterly dividend of $1.03625 per share will be paid on March 31, 2025 to shareholders of record on March 21, 2025 of the Company\u2019s Series K Preferred Shares.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn addition, the Company declared that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 26, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. CT. Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.\n<\/p>\n
