\nMr. Farwell joins Eastern Bank with over 20 years of experience in specialty finance. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Head of Specialty Banking \u2013 Franchise Finance at Citizens Bank, where he built and led multiple industry-focused finance groups, including McDonald\u2019s Franchise Finance, General Restaurant Finance, Retail Petroleum Finance and Sports Finance. Mr. Farwell also played a pivotal role in shaping strategic credit policies and fostering long-term relationships with top-tier franchise operators. He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Boston College\u2019s Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.\n<\/p>\n

\nMs. Blume brings 25 years of commercial lending experience including over 10 years in franchise finance, most recently serving as Vice President, Franchise Finance \u2013 Senior Relationship Manager at BMO Bank, N.A. There, she managed a multi-million dollar loan portfolio, specializing in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchises. She was instrumental in securing BMO\u2019s designation as a McDonald\u2019s Approved Lender, growing the bank\u2019s McDonald\u2019s clientele from three to 50 operators in just three years. Throughout her career, Ms. Blume has been dedicated to supporting franchisees by providing tailored lending solutions and strategic financial insights. She holds an MBA degree in Marketing Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.\n<\/p>\n
