(“Tether<\/span>“) on Tether<\/span>‘s proposal to acquire outstanding Common Shares of the Company at a price of $12.41<\/span> per Common Share through a tender offer that would result in Tether<\/span> collectively holding 51% of the outstanding Common Shares of the Company. The Company and Tether<\/span> have agreed to extend the expiration date of the previously executed Exclusivity Letter through March 30, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n
