Comisionista de Bolsa.<\/p>\n

The Market Maker \u00a0program began on March 3, 2025<\/span>, through Andes Investment Group Inc., while Valores Bancolombia S.A. Comisionista de Bolsa, the program will began on Friday, March 14<\/span>, with the authorization from the Colombian Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n

With the launching of this program, Ecopetrol aims to contribute to the improvement of trading conditions, price formation, depth, and liquidity of its shares in the local market, thereby strengthening the Colombian capital market and generating value for its shareholders.<\/p>\n

(en adelante “Bolsa” o “bvc<\/b>“) informa que admiti\u00f3 y registr\u00f3 en el libro de Registro de Formadores de Liquidez de la Bolsa, la aprobaci\u00f3n de Valores Bancolombia Sociedad Comisionista de Bolsa <\/b>para actuar como formador de liquidez de la especie ECOPETROL<\/b>, a partir del 14<\/b>de marzo de 2025<\/b>, seg\u00fan las condiciones y criterios t\u00e9cnicos del Programa establecidos en el Bolet\u00edn Normativo BVC No. 031 publicado el d\u00eda 30 de diciembre de 2024, el Reglamento y la Circular \u00danica de la Bolsa.<\/p>\n

La aprobaci\u00f3n del presente programa, el cual se desarrolla desde el 14<\/b>de marzo de <\/b>2025<\/b>, se desarrollar\u00e1 utilizando fondos propios del formador de liquidez, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 4.3.1.1 del Reglamento de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia<\/span>. Y se encontrar\u00e1 vigente hasta el 14 de marzo de 2026.<\/b><\/p>\n

Recordamos que acorde con el mencionado Bolet\u00edn Normativo BVC, las condiciones t\u00e9cnicas para el programa de formador de liquidez sobre la especie ECOPETROL<\/b> son las siguientes:<\/p>\n

\n 1. M\u00c1RGENES O DIFERENCIALES M\u00c1XIMOS ENTRE LA MEJOR OFERTA DE VENTA Y LA MEJOR OFERTA DE COMPRA<\/b>\n <\/p>\n

El diferencial entre la mejor oferta de venta del formador de liquidez y la mejor oferta de compra del formador de liquidez no podr\u00e1 ser superior a $50<\/span> pesos, seg\u00fan vigencia de 2025.<\/p>\n

Esta diferencia podr\u00e1 ser modificada, lo cual se notificar\u00e1 al mercado mediante bolet\u00edn normativo.<\/p>\n

\n 2. MONTO M\u00cdNIMO DE LAS \u00d3RDENES DE VENTA Y DE COMPRA<\/b>\n <\/p>\n

El monto m\u00ednimo de la orden de venta ser\u00e1 de 66.000 UVR y el monto m\u00ednimo de la orden de compra ser\u00e1 de 66.000 UVR.<\/p>\n

\n 3. CANTIDADES Y OPORTUNIDADES EN LAS QUE DEBE INTERVENIR EL FORMADOR DE LIQUIDEZ EN EL MERCADO<\/b>\n <\/p>\n

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el numeral 1.3.4 de la Circular \u00danica BVC, el formador de liquidez deber\u00e1 mantener de forma permanente y simult\u00e1nea por lo menos una orden de compra y una orden de venta durante toda la sesi\u00f3n de mercado abierto sobre el valor sobre el cual act\u00fae como formador de liquidez.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan lo indicado en el numeral 1.3.7 de la Circular \u00danica BVC el formador de liquidez deber\u00e1 cumplir las condiciones o criterios t\u00e9cnicos del programa como m\u00ednimo en un 80% de las mediciones realizadas durante el mes.<\/p>\n
