(NYSE American: BHM, the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, quarterly cash dividends for the Company’s Class A Common Stock (the “Class A Common Stock”) and Class C Common Stock (the “Class C Common Stock”) for each quarter of fiscal year 2025. The first such Common Stock dividend has an expected payment date of April 4, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n
