The Funds will also incorporate newly flexible rebalancing capabilities that will enable the team to rebalance anytime a portfolio deviates from an optimal state. This active investment strategy aims to produce alpha with tighter tracking error, which ultimately is intended to benefit clients. The updated investment process will align with the investment process of the Janus Henderson Mid Cap Growth Alpha ETF (JMID), which launched in September 2024.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nJanus Henderson regularly reviews its range of products to ensure offerings continue to meet client expectations and needs. After careful consideration, it was decided to proceed with these changes to the investment process.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBenjamin Wang, CFA and Zoey Zhu, CFA will continue as portfolio managers for the Funds and there will be no changes to fees or Morningstar categories as a result of the updated investing process.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSubject to approvals, each Fund\u2019s change to its investment process will be effective in mid-May of 2025.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOnce implemented, Janus Henderson will offer 14 active ETFs (eight fixed income and six equity ETFs).
