\nOlympic Steel Inc. (Nasdaq: ZEUS),a leading national metals service center, today announced the promotion of Scott M. Zito to the newly created role of Vice President \u2013 Business Development.\n<\/p>\n

\nMr. Zito joined Olympic Steel in 1983 as an Inside Sales Representative with a wide range of responsibilities. By the mid-1980s, Mr. Zito began traveling for the Company as one of its first Outside Sales Representatives, covering upstate New York and later the Southeastern U.S. By 1995, he had moved to the greater Chicago area, serving in a variety of commercial roles, including his most recent position as Director \u2013 Business Development.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn his new role, Mr. Zito will continue to drive growth by facilitating commercial partnerships across Olympic Steel\u2019s portfolio of businesses. He will report directly to Andrew S. Greiff, President and Chief Operating Officer.\n<\/p>\n
