\nNEMSI constructed a new, state-of-the-art central plant for Hartford 21, a 34-story apartment building, to significantly improve efficiency. The system is expected to generate sufficient energy savings for a seven-to-eight-year project payback and to offset the equivalent of nearly 2,000 metrics tons of C02.\n<\/p>\n
