\nMr. Brown is a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) where he oversees the accounting and finance functions and the tax department. Mr. Brown has served in various accounting and finance leadership roles since joining RMR in 2007 and has extensive experience in reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and technical accounting matters. Mr. Brown is a certified public accountant and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC).\n<\/p>\n
