NEWTON, Kan., March 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE-PKE) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share payable May 2, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 2, 2025.<\/p>\n

Park has paid 40 consecutive years of uninterrupted regular, quarterly cash dividends, without ever<\/em> skipping a dividend payment or reducing the amount of the dividend.<\/p>\n

The Company has paid $601.1 million<\/em> in cash dividends, or $29.35 per share, since the beginning of the Company\u2019s 2005 fiscal year.<\/p>\n

Yesterday\u2019s closing price of Park\u2019s stock on the New York Stock Exchange was $13.46 per share. Based upon that closing price, the current yield of Park\u2019s $0.50 per share annual regular cash dividend is 3.71%.<\/p>\n

Park Aerospace Corp. develops and manufactures solution and hot-melt advanced composite materials used to produce composite structures for the global aerospace markets.
