Statuto<\/span>, an accomplished health system CEO, to its Board of Directors, effective March 6, 2025<\/span>. The appointment brings the total number of APEI board members to nine.<\/p>\n

Mr. Statuto, currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at Charlotte, N.C.<\/span>-based Premier, Inc., also previously served as President and CEO of Bon Secours Health System, one of the largest health systems in the United States<\/span>, for 13 years. Prior to that, he was CEO of St. Joseph Health System for nine years. Both health systems exceeded $3 billion<\/span> in revenue and were highly profitable.<\/p>\n
