McTurk, et al. v.\u00a0Lottery.com, Inc. and Matthew McGahan (Case No. 24-60993-CIV-DAMIAN).<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, filed by Sharon A. McTurk and her affiliated entities (Rutherford Enterprises, LLC, SJB Solutions, LLC and Astra Supply Chain, LLC, collectively \u201cPlaintiffs\u201d), alleged four causes of action against the Defendants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fraudulent Misrepresentation (Count I);<\/li>\n<li>Negligent Misrepresentation (Count II);<\/li>\n<li>Aiding and Abetting (Count III); and<\/li>\n<li>Conspiracy (Count IV).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plaintiffs claimed that McTurk was promised shares of\u00a0the Company\u2019s common stock at below market price in exchange for financial backing, however, after a comprehensive review, the Court found that the allegations failed to meet the most basic legal standards and could not proceed.<\/p>\n<p>\n        <strong>COURT DECISION<\/strong>\n      <\/p>\n<p>The court ordered and adjudged that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Defendants\u2019 Motion to Dismiss is granted;<\/li>\n<li>The Plaintiffs\u2019 Complaint is dismissed with prejudice;<\/li>\n<li>All pending deadlines and hearings are terminated;<\/li>\n<li>All other pending motions are denied as moot; and<\/li>\n<li>The Clerk of the Court has been directed to close the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This ruling signifies the final dismissal of all claims against the Defendants.
