Highlight for Defense &amp; Security revenues +40% yoy growth.<\/li>\n<li>\n          <b>Adjusted EBIT <\/b>reached <b>US$265.1 <\/b>million with an <b>11.5% <\/b><b>margin in<\/b><b>4Q24<\/b>.\u00a0In 2024, the company reported adjusted EBIT of <span class=\"xn-money\">US$708.2 million<\/span> and 11.1% margin (<span class=\"xn-money\">US$558.2 million<\/span> and 8.7% ex-Boeing) <b>above guidance<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>\n          <b>Adjusted<\/b><br \/>\n          <b>free cash flow<\/b><br \/>\n          <b>w\/o Eve was <span class=\"xn-money\">US$995.5 million<\/span><\/b> during the quarter and <b><span class=\"xn-money\">US$675.6 million<\/span><\/b> in 2024, supported by higher number of aircraft delivered, strong performance in sales (pre downpayments \u2013 PDP&#8217;s) and Boeing arbitration. Consequently, the company finished 2024 with an <span class=\"xn-money\">US$110.7 million<\/span> net debt position (w\/o Eve).<\/li>\n<li>\n          <b>Embraer ended 2024 with a 0.1x net debt-to-Ebitda ratio<\/b>, down from 1.4x in 2023. Moody&#8217;s upgraded Embraer&#8217;s credit rating from &#8220;Ba1&#8221; to &#8220;Baa3&#8221; with a stable outlook in December.
