\nCOPT Defense Properties (NYSE: CDP) (\u201cCOPT Defense\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.305 per common share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2025. This represents an increase of 3.4%, or $0.01 per share, over the most recent quarterly dividend of $0.295. The first quarter 2025 dividend represents an annualized amount of $1.22 per share and is payable on April 16, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2025.\n<\/p>\n
