Ms. Beck’s business career spans more than 30 years. Ms. Beck was most recently Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Terex Corporation, a global industrial equipment manufacturer, from January 2022<\/span> to February 2025<\/span>. Prior to Terex, from February 2016<\/span> through November 2021<\/span>, Ms. Beck was Senior Vice President,\u00a0CFO of Nova Chemicals. Prior to this, she spent 8 years with Joy Global in a variety of finance and operational-related senior leadership positions. Preceding her time at Joy Global, Ms. Beck held a variety of finance-related roles at Journal Register Company, Norwood Promotional Products, Temple-Inland and Rockwell Automation.
