(NASDAQ: SDIG) (\u201cStronghold\u201d, the \u201cCompany\u201d, or \u201cwe\u201d)<\/strong>\u00a0today announced that the world\u2019s leading independent proxy advisory firms, Institutional Shareholder Services (\u201cISS\u201d) and Glass Lewis & Co. (\u201cGlass Lewis\u201d), have each recommended that Stronghold stockholders vote \u201cFOR<\/strong>\u201d the pending merger (the \u201cMerger\u201d) between Stronghold and Bitfarms Ltd. (NASDAQ\/TSX: BITF) at the upcoming special meeting of the Company\u2019s stockholders on\u00a0February 27, 2025.<\/p>\n

In its report dated\u00a0February 14, 2025, ISS stated, \u201c[T]he company\u2019s sale process was thorough, cost savings are expected as a result of the transaction, and the share form of consideration will allow SDIG shareholders to participate in the upside potential of a larger entity.
