WESTPORT, Conn., Feb. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (\u201cCODI\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that current director James J. Bottiglieri (\u201cJim\u201d) advised the Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) on February 14, 2025 that he plans to retire prior to the Company\u2019s 2025 annual shareholders meeting (the \u201c2025 Annual Meeting\u201d). Mr. Bottiglieri will remain on the Company\u2019s Board and as a member of each of the Company\u2019s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Audit Committee up and until the Company\u2019s 2025 Annual Meeting. Mr. Bottiglieri joined the Board in December of 2005. He served as the Company\u2019s Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Vice President of the Company\u2019s Manager from 2005 to 2013. The Company does not currently intend to fill the Board vacancy created by Mr. Bottiglieri\u2019s retirement.<\/p>\n
