In addition, NextNRG has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.<\/p>\n<p>NextNRG previously announced the closing of its previous share exchange agreement with EzFill Holdings, Inc.
