\n BOARD OF DIRECTORS DECLARES CLASS B CASH DIVIDEND<\/b>\n <\/p>\n

Ramaco’s Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1971<\/span> per share on the Company’s Class B common stock. The first quarter dividend is payable on March 14, 2025<\/span>, to shareholders of record on February 28, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The Company previously announced its Board of Directors approved and declared a quarterly Class A dividend of $0.1375<\/span> per share for the first quarter of 2025 which shall be paid in Class B common stock.\u00a0 The Class A dividend is also payable on March 14, 2025<\/span> to shareholders of record on February 28, 2025<\/span>.<\/p>\n
