\nKelia Bazile has been promoted to President of Carrabba\u2019s Italian Grill where she will be responsible for leading the operations and development for more than 190 Carrabba\u2019s locations. Carrabba\u2019s offers authentic Italian cuisine passed down from the restaurant\u2019s founders\u2019 family recipes. It\u2019s one of four brands in the Bloomin\u2019 Brands (Nasdaq: BLMN) portfolio.<\/p>\n

\nBazile joined Bloomin\u2019 Brands in 2012 as a Joint Venture Partner at Carrabba\u2019s and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2014. In 2022, Bazile was promoted to Vice President of Operations, where she helped drive sales and profits through elevating the guest experience as well as a focus on off-premises and catering. In 2024, she moved to Bonefish Grill as Vice President of Operations.<\/p>\n

\nPrior to Bloomin\u2019 Brands, she spent 28 years at Taco Bell, where she worked her way from an hourly team member to a Market Leader where she led operations for over 170 restaurants. Bazile holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.<\/p>\n
