Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose the following adverse facts that: (i) Polestar\u2019s financial statements were materially misstated; and (ii) Polestar understated its internal control weaknesses.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The truth emerged on January 16, 2025, when Polestar announced that \u201cthe Company\u2019s previously issued audited financial statements included within Annual Reports on Form 20-F for the years ended December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023\u201d contained errors warranting restatement of such financial information.
