The gross proceeds to Aardvark from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be\u00a0approximately $94.2 million. Aardvark\u2019s common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 13, 2025\u00a0under the ticker symbol \u201cAARD.\u201d The offering is expected to close on February 14, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
